CrossFit

One hour classes led by CrossFit Level 1 and 2 coaches.
Classes typically consist of:

-       Warm-up & Mobility
-       Strength
-       Skill work
-       WOD (Workout of the Day)

Constantly varied functional movements performed at a high intensity.

HIIT

Classes provide a full-body one hour high-intensity workout challenging cardiovascular endurance and strength. All fitness levels are encouraged. Classes incorporating tires, ropes, sleds, boxes with various weights and movements.

All movements can be scaled to meet the needs of the athlete.

Mobility Classes

One hour guided class dedicated to taking care of your body. Mobility is used to foster better movement and improve functional range of motion. These classes will help you move and feel better.

Open Gym

This is an opportunity for athletes to independently work on their own skills, programming, lifts, etc.

All movements can be scaled to meet the needs of the athlete.

Speciality Classes

Follow us on Facebook and Instragram to stay informed on when we are offering Specialty Classes. These classes focus on developing the foundational groundwork and progressions for specialty CrossFit movements such as:

-       Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics, Rowing

CrossFit Teens

CrossFit Teens is a strength and conditioning program designed for both athletes and non-athletes ranging from ages 13-17. Classes combine age-appropriate weightlifting and gymnastics with high intensity training to deliver optimal fitness and performance.

All movements can be scaled to meet the needs of the athlete.

CrossFit Teens classes take place on Wednesdays at 4pm and Saturdays at 12pm.
